Frustrating. And here is how:
1) Your instructions start with telling us how to find out if someone already had a DD (by typing USERNAME.deviantart.com/DDS
REALLY?! Is it a good idea? How many on here have already had a DD? Not so many. Therefore, the first "discovery" to someone who spent time reading your instructions is a negative response. (Like I did.) You think people bother to waste their time to read on AFTER they receive an error? Likely not.
2) But I read on, because I am special, I guess. But, then, the disappointment did not stop there. Next, it was UNCLEAR what to do!
Come on, guys. This is the Internet, we humans have an attention span that lasts about three seconds.
Think about it.

Also, when I suggest, I use italic tags to show what would be the suggested part of the description.
Wouldn't adding the part that some GMs have some more criteria on DD suggestions that they either have on their front page in a module or in a journal and to look for it?

actually this is a generic tutorial, based on the CR rules.
now each GM can lightly modify them like waiting 6 months instead of 3 between each DD.
Some do not want description on suggestions and they ask for it when they are chosen.
So we can't create each case, and they could have a infinity of possibility, so i've made it like the CR team decide to first.
(and danie ($Moonbeam13 ) was ok to make it this way
