The cubs getting older and became teens. Taka accepted that his step-mother can`t tread him as her own son, he also didn`t see her as his mother. She simply wasn`t and of course she loved Mufasa more than him, even if she always negate that fact in front of him and assure Taka that he and Mufasa were equal...But now Taka knew the truth. They were not. That Uru wanted her own son as king was clear, but that his own father didn`t spend one thought about the possibiltiy that he could also become a great king, hurt Taka as most. His father was everything for him and now Taka was sure that he had lied to him all the time. Ahadi always told him that he wouldn`t made any differences between him and Mufasa, but if he didn`t why he didn`t give him any chance?His mother had left him when he was a cub, but at least she was honest. She didn`t want him, so she gave him away. But now Taka thought that his father also didn`t want him but instead of giving him away, he played the caring daddy and lied to him.

I don't think I ever really liked mufasa. I felt bad for simba when he died, but the only time he ever seemed nice to his brother is when he was dangling from that cliff.

Yep. I think Taka and Mufasa should have been kings together. The whole mess would have been avoided.

you can make the story on how he his scar my boring idead considers he insulted uru cause some problems in the kingdom and his father taught him a lesson on behaver or
his father told mufasa to show his steength has future king and teach taka lesson for messing with the kingdom ... my mind is mushy

Well this would explain why in TLK the movie, Scar said to Simba " You know... A father and son, thing." Since he felt betrayed by his father, so a relationship like that is ... all but a lie to him. Scar you never get a break do you.

I love these alternative theories, I have a feeling in this one Taka gets his scar from either Uru or Mufasa, possibly Ahadi.

Awww poor Taka. It's not his fault his father had the affair and he was the result. This is another good reason to be faithful to your spouse...because not only is your spouse a victim...but any unwanted children as a result of an affair are victims...it's too bad he couldn't have just run off and started his own pride...he'd probably be much happier...it wasn't right for Ahadi to lie to him either...Ahadi's a real jerk...
I honestly can't blame Uru for being angry and wanting to take it out on Taka...but it's not Taka's fault...he was just an innocent cub...poor thing...

I really like these theories, and here Taka is a teen... and all we've heard is his relationships with his parents. I'd like to hear your theories on how his relationship was with Mufasa during his cubhood.

Because he is deeply dissapointed by his beloved father and thinks that everything Ahadi told him was a lie

Cuz he's realized that Ahadi lied to him his whole young life about who would be king, therefore, got it into his head that he was unwanted.
