Bayonetta: One of the deadliest women around, Bayonetta has gunned down angels, demons, and every monster in between. Despite her mysterious past Bayonetta is a master spellslinger and gunfighter that will do anything to eliminate her target.Death: The Pale Rider, and the reaper of souls, Death was the first of the four to become a Horsemen, and lead the armies of the Nephilim against many foes, cutting them down with his duel scythes that can transform at will to better serve their master.
Now these two will face each other on the field of battle and its gonna be quite the show. Both warriors have slaughtered their way through angels, demons, and everything in between. Will the Bayonetta show the Horsemen why you should never mess with a witch? Or will the Pale Rider reap a grim harvest on this gunslinger's soul? Only time will tell as guns, knives, and magic are unleashed to answer the ultimate question...

Seeing that have seen Bayonetta's feats and most of Death's I would say Bayonetta but hearing that on the official prequel novel of Datksiders Abomination vault Death is far faster than he is in game.
But I haven't read it so I cannot say if that's true.
But man cN bayonetta take Chaoseater to the chest and survive? I dont think so.
But her feats do out weigh Death's so... Even Death may die?

Bayonetta, Deatch had really REALLY limited powers, and Bayonetta was kicking big ass Angelic...demons? or whatever was it, while Death was Struggling with Colossus.
