Pray you never find yourselves in these guy's cross-hairs...Deadshot: Master marksmen who has often set his sights on Batman and the Green Arrow. With specially made guns, Deadshot can pull off some of the most fantastic shots imaginable, all of them with deadly consequences.
Bullseye: A highly trained assassin, Bullseye is a menacing foe of the Daredevil. A surgery has replaced the bones in his hands with adamantium, and Bullseye is so skilled that he has never missed a target.
Now, two master assassins will set their sights on one another. Both men will be drawing a bead out on their target, and the first to pull the trigger may be the first to claim victory, because neither men are used to missing. But only one can be the true greatest assassin, so someone has to go. So tell me ladies and gentlemen...
WHO! IS! DEADLIEST!

Long-range is debatable, but I'm inclined to favor Deadshot myself. Close-range goes to Bullseye unless Simone is writing it. And before people say "Batman's lost to Deadshot!" that's because Lawton has shot him down, not because he's a more skilled H2H fighter.
So, to repeat: Long-range: Probably Deadshot. Up close and personal H2H: Bullseye unless Gail Simone is the writer.

Giving it to Bullseye. When you can turn whatever is in your hand into a deadly projectile, it kind of trumps someone who's kind of sloppy when it comes to hiding evidence and is nihilistic to boo.

Bullseye wins this. His card pack has more ammo than Deadshot's guns do, and he'd stop a bullet each time, then he'd kill.

Deadshot can use whatever he gets his hands on and is a better shot than Bullseye, he can do impossible shots like sniping someone while free falling from a plane.

You... completely misunderstand Bullseye and Deadshot. Deadshot is a good shot, yes, but only with a gun. Bullseye is a lethal killer with literally anything he can get his hands on. In a DEATH BATTLE (c) they would be at a distance but not free-falling from a plane or anything ridiculous like that. And Bullseye would kill him by knocking his armor so hard it he can't see, then he could use his intelligence to suffocate him, or make him de-mask, both of which would result in Bullseye victory.

Actually you're misunderstanding Deadshot has killed people without a gun, it's just his go to weapon of choice because it gives him better range plus the only time he missed is against Batman, who had sabotaged Deadshot's gear hours before so he would miss no matter what.

Bullseye could still tank his shots with his adamantium skeleton. In the end, Bullseye tanks, and that's the decider.

Deadshot is capable of finding weak spots while Bullseye has adamantium on his skeleton it's nowhere compared to wolverine's, also Bullseye lacks his healing factor so Deadshot can still kill him by shooting in the eyes to hit the brain and heart, Bullseye still got paralysed by Daredevil in a fight also left with an iron lung keeping him alive.

Bullseye is much better at finding weaknesses than Deadshot. Deadshot lost in a competition of that with Bane once, and Bullseye beat Karnak. KARNAK. Also, Bullseye still has a healing factor. Deadshot has lost in hand two hand against people much worse at it than Bullseye. Bullseye has stopped speedsters with a single playing card. Deadshot's bullets would be even easier to stop. How about I just do a DB of it and prove it?

Deadshot is capable of putting a gun in a speedster's fac, Bane is a genius and has studied the human anatomy for years. Bullseye lost it.

Yes Death stroke outranks Deadshot shot overall but Deadshot outranks him as a sniper due to sniping feats also he outranks bullseye by feats, he is just an overall better shot.

No. One place where Bullseye wins hands down is feats. A knife behind himself ricocheting through invisible shields in front of him - when he looked at it once, bullseye shot.

Deadshot has taken down multiple bulletproof foes w/ bullets, evade a point blank shot and maneuvers it to kill another foe with just one foot, also has sniped a moving target while diving out a plane plus Bullseye is just the Marvel version of Deadshot.

Recheck your sources. Marvel versus D.C. It issue number one, I believe. Batman decked Bullseye with one punch. An uppercut to the jaw. And Lawton did take on Batman. I'm certain he did win. He's also taken on Green Arrow, Harkness and is leader of the most dangerous team in all of D.C., the Suicide Squad. As a matter of fact, they did face each other in the aforementioned Marvel versus D.C., where it was a tie.

You know Deadshot has beaten Batman twice and had numerous chance to kill him but was pulling back his shots plus Deadshot suit can tank everything Bullseye throw at him literally.

His suit is bulletproof as seen when he fought Deathstroke so unless Bullseye is throwing stuff more powerful than a rifle. He's not doing much damage.
