Pray you never find yourselves in these guy's cross-hairs...Deadshot: Master marksmen who has often set his sights on Batman and the Green Arrow. With specially made guns, Deadshot can pull off some of the most fantastic shots imaginable, all of them with deadly consequences.
Bullseye: A highly trained assassin, Bullseye is a menacing foe of the Daredevil. A surgery has replaced the bones in his hands with adamantium, and Bullseye is so skilled that he has never missed a target.
Now, two master assassins will set their sights on one another. Both men will be drawing a bead out on their target, and the first to pull the trigger may be the first to claim victory, because neither men are used to missing. But only one can be the true greatest assassin, so someone has to go. So tell me ladies and gentlemen...

He does. And he will find the weakpoint. He always does. Plus, he has an adamantium skeleton and a healing factor that rivals Deadpool. Read up on him. He has improved vastly since the '90s

He doesn't have a healing factor only and only prices of his skeleton had adamantium and plus currently he a paraplegic and depends on an iron lung to survive also deadshot is the best assassin in the DC comics better that Deathstroke also he never miss and is able to disarm someone without killing them intentionally only grazing them so deadshot deflect anything bullseye throws at him.

The best assassin in DC with no doubt is Hannibal Bates. Deathstroke comes in second. Deadshot might make fifth. And no, Bullseye would just stop the bullets in mid-air with a mere playing card, knock them off course, and you greatly over-estimate Deadshot's skills.

Deadshot is the person you call to do the most impossible assassinations such as free falling from an airplane,

in a straight up gun fight Deadshot wins on account his wrist gauntlets some how have near limitless ammo, but if it came down to hand to hand unless deadshot is juicing on Venom (which he has done before) Bullseye would take him

Deadshot is a skilled H2H combatant so he can hold his own in close combat.

Deadshot needs to use guns whilst Bullseye could pick up a pebble and use it to blow Deadshots brains out with a casual toss of it

I'm not sure. Marvel vs DC wasn't clear. W/out looking at the weapons it'll be hard to choose s victor. So with that in mind I'm, pardon the expression, sitting dead even on Bullseye vs Deadshot.

Like Bullseye Deadshot can use whatever he gets his hands on also Deadshot can snipe people while free falling from the sky.
