i would love to get one wig like that T_T i don't really have the time and talent to do this.

The wig cap itself is actually really simple, especially of you speed up the glue (i use liquid fusion) with a hair dryer. I haven't started the wig i'm trying this technique on yet but it looks simple enough, just delicate and time consuming.
