My main City of Heroes/Villains character, Zoe. The refences used for this one are of Vorare, an incarnation of Zoe that is a DB/SR scrap rather than Claw/SR scrap. (For those who would even notice. haha)Art by

yes, and if you're on villain side, only 2 times a year you can get them, unless you knew someone cool like me who kept a Redcap mission open all year round
