“I don’t really like contests, probably because I don’t like being stared at. If this is supposed to be about the Pokemon, why does it matter if I look fancy or not? And poor Hamada doesn’t like being stared at either cause of his tail…Well, like it or not we gotta do this, OK Hamada! If we smile enough no one will be able to tell we’re nervous!”
Just wanted to give some background into what’s up w/ the slightly forced smiles in the first panel, but from now on I’m letting the art carry the story, and will only be listing the moves used. I want these comics to work w/ no speech bubbles, a special challenge I gave myself ^^ (my first multi-page comic style submission!)
