I made this scene for a client's request before the movie came out.
The reference was limited due to the confidential of movie. And the concept drawing was a bit rough. It was designed for mass production, not for one of a kind.
So the details were not too much, also need to think of possible molding.
It was a nightmare to a sculptor that searched in the dark without good reference.
But it looks ok to the client and passed the approval of 20th Century Fox.

Nice work, I think a lot of people don't realize how much thought you have to put into what you can include in a piece and what you have to leave out if your going to try and pour multiple copies. Looks great!

I knew you are an expert to say that! True, it would be easier if I make one of a kind sculpture and paint it for fun or sell. But when it came to mass production, there were many calculation for molding and assembling. The factory workers are not artists at all and other issues. What if I post how I was parting this sculpture in pieces, they may know the sculpting for reasonable realistic is just part of the job. Thanks my friend!!
