A dessert my sister and I got from the Kirby Cafe in Japan, the "Kirby's Fluffy Strawberry Mousse!" I like the little detail they added of giving him a dollop of cream near his mouth. It was surprisingly quite tasty and not too sweet. (Admittedly I wish it was a tad bigger given the price, but I guess you go there to enjoy the ambience and eat with your eyes instead.
) It was an enjoyable experience, and I'd definitely recommend giving the Kirby Cafe a visit if you're in the area and if you enjoy Kirby. Novelty cafes are a lot of fun! We tried to see if they accept walk-ins, but they're reservation only. Luckily the day after, someone had a cancellation and we managed to squeeze in a reservation!

Once upon a time mine eyes spied a delectable treat. It looked sweet for the belly and on the eyes. Being food for my peepers, I decided to stuff the treat into my ocular cavities. I came away with pink eye which was fitting for our pink fluffball, but I was not at a Kirby cafe and was instead arrested.
What was the texture like? Hall was the cream in comparison? Did ye eat his eyes first? Where was the first attack?

Once upon a time, ye eyes spied a delectable treat. But twas all for nothing, for the crime of exposing twenty belly rings in the frigid weather, ye were unjustly jailed and could only punch the screen as onlookers envied the underchin.
The first attack was at the cream mountain, for it beckoned me so, taunting me with the rainbow sprinkles adorned on its steely exterior. Surely, I thought, this cream mountain was milk flavored, and surely, so I reassured myself, it would not be BANEELA. Alas, the cream mountain was no mountain, but a small hill, and it was That Flavor. The texture of the Kirby was of that of Almost Nothingness, for though it was tasty, it was a poof, a floof, and then, it was gone.

Agreed! It's a fun place for visitors and seems to have something for everyone to enjoy! There's a lot of things there that can't be found elsewhere or aren't quite the same quality, so we hope to go again soon. What are your favorite things to see in Japan?

Definitely! Going through the shops and seeing what they had was one of the highlights. My sister really liked the Studio Ghibli stores they had, though she was disappointed that she couldn't find any Sailor Moon merchandise (we were able to find lots of it in Hong Kong though thankfully). I was just happy to find Splatoon t-shirts and eat as much ice cream and pudding as I could haha! I hope when you go, you'll get to find everything you want!

It was! While I will say the service could be improved (it wasn't bad, but it just...okay), that didn't really dampen the experience and I would want to do it again. They had two gift shops that we had fun going through and a lot of other food on the menu that I'd want to try. Jazz renditions of Kirby music played in the background. The whole place had an adorable, farmstead Kirby motif which gave the cafe a homestyle, but classy feel and just the right amount of Kirby. Just thinking about my memories there make me smile haha!
Some of the other cafes are like a ninja cafe where the waiters are dressed as ninjas and cut your food with a katana and use liquid nitrogen for that smoke bomb effect, cat cafes where you can pet and admire kitties while you dine, cafes where there's an indoor fishing area and you catch your own shrimp or fish to eat...and then generally themed cafes like the Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil ones! We ultimately decided on Kirby and a Cardcaptors Sakura one since those were limited time. (I picked Kirby and my sister picked Cardcaptors since that's one of her favorite series of all time)

Tokyo Disneyland and the Disneyland store.

Nice! We didn't get a chance to visit Tokyo Disneyland during either of our trips, but we did visit Disney Sea next door. We hope we'll get a chance to visit their Disneyland some time to compare to the one in California!

I hope one day I'll see Disney Sea too! And I want to see the Pokemon Center, and hopefully come across a vending machine where I can buy my own Pokemon plush!

I wish you all the best for that! Japanese vending machines (and their claw machines!) are awesome and so much fun to see what they have. You'll have a great time when you visit again.
