Description
Another illustration from my college project. This one is the blue roof, it's hard to see because the image is black and white BUT the actual building has a blue roof. Not really sure why or what it's purpose is...I think it's either for the elderly or it's our community center. Although Our community hall is over our library soooo....I don't really know. What I do know is that one time the actual Alicia Keys was there...doing something about something (I am 70% sure of what I just said)Related content

It's the grass! I just spent a couple of minutes looking at it and it's so unexpectedly satisfying! The hatching worked really well. Awesome work all together.

Thank you!!! These images were the first time I drew grass. It was still a work in progress. I just scribbled up and down and tried to space it out so that it looked like blades. Trying to get the shadows to create depth was tricky but it seemed to work. Looking at this image, I kinda like the contrast between the grass and the building...

Thank you!!! This was something I did years ago in college for a project. We were suppose to do illustrations about what we did over our holiday. Because I did not go anywhere for the holidays I decided to take pictures of my area/community and draw the images that I took. It is also important to note that my community is 'known' to not be the safest area and has a bad reputation to outsiders (which is not exactly true). It is because of this that people do not know what it actually looks like. So I drew where I stay so that people can see it in a different light. the rest of the images are in my gallery under Untitled college project (The project is named after the community but I did not feel like sharing where I stay...sorta contradictory to me uploading these images but hey...it is what it is)
