Apparently glowing effects are a mystery to a lot of people,but they're so easy! So here you go!
Apologies for the lame layout, I didn't want to use any more complex backgrounds to bring out the effects to their fullest.
Also apologies for typo's

I never use any other program but SAI, so I can't tell you how to do glow effects in PS, Gimp, etc...
(and I don't want to know either)

Thanks for another great tutorial. This well really help my when I am doing unicorn magic effects.

I've been procrastination one on coloring and shading for the longest time now. (making tutorials is tedious work ;_
But I think I'll cover a small technique I use for shading soon.

For the record, the steps are the same in Photoshop, just instead of "airbrush" it's simply a brush with 0% hardness.

it is yes, google 'SAI Portable' it'll show up for you to download. It's really good for things like lineart.
