if it doesnt work and you do everything correctly, just copy/paste it one a different page.
Example:
say I'm using MS Paint on tab 1. the eareser doesn't work. I open tab 2.
on the 2nd tab of (MS Paint) opened, the eareser should work again.
it happens to me all the time.

It didnt worked :/ it only colored the inside of the pony

That means that you accidentally selected the inside color of the pony as the second color and not the outline color. I suggest zooming in to ensure accuracy when dropper tooling the outline color.

Nevermind my previous question. But now I must ask, how you do it with a multiple-pony base?

SelenaEde In reply to False-Promise [2014-07-25 03:09:11 +0000 UTC]
The exact same way. On all of my own bases I ensure each pony has a different outline color so that this same process can be used without interfering with or accidentally changing the color of another pony.

I just use the eraser, there's a trick I use for the outline and other things...

I personally find this quicker than the eraser once you get it memorized and get the hang of it.

It's actually very easy and most people use it, the you put the color you don't want in box 'Color 1' and the one you want in box 'Color 2' and then you right click using the eraser tool then 'Color 1' will change to 'Color 2'

Then I am not sure why it is not working. Are you using the corresponding version of MS Paint? Windows 7/8?

Thanks you Yes it does. Windows 8 Paint is the same as Windows 7 Paint, a discovery I made with my new laptop
