I woke up this morning with this concept seared into my brain, so I went to google image search and traced it into existence.To all you real artists out there, feel free to draw a better version of this. d: I also have just the line art up if you can do a better coloring job (and you probably can.)

I think your coloring job is just fine. Better than what I could have done. I can picture the TARDIS landing in Oz. Would make for an interesting adventure.

If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager, you might be able to change the contrast around some. Not sure if that would work or not.
