"You can stop taking someone else's world into your own hands."
People are allowed to do whatever they want with fictional characters as long they're not claiming they own them and earn money with them which is called stealing. Yes, I support canon couples, but only these I like.

Absolutely! I usually only like canon ships, or ships that have so many hints to it being canon. This also goes for yaoi ships. *NOTAHARDCOREYAOIFANDONTFCUKINGKILLME*

THANK YOU.
I can't stand some of these crack pairings out there. BenxKevin, SerasxIntegra, BLEH!
I hate pairing that are just slash for the sake of slash. Or because "they're hot together".
This stamp is awsome.

Thanks. I don't mind a slash pairing so long as it makes sense. More often than not, though, they don't.

I don't mind those slash pairings either. I just don't like don't like it when they're paired together JUST becuase they're the same sex.

That does seem to be a major factor in those sorts of things.

I definitely support some canon couples, but I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with non-canon couples, either. I mean, I'm not saying all non-canon couples are awesome, but there's some that are great, and that could work.

That's true, sometimes a non canon couple could actually work out inside of canon, but most of the time the case is against. At least, I can think of a longer list of fan shipping that would never work logically than I can for ones that would.

Well, personally, I could think of a handful of non-canon couples that could work under the right circumstances. Although, that's not to say I feel that way about all non-canon couples. There are definitely some that just wouldn't work, no matter what.

Me: 8D Finally! A stamp that supports canon pairings. All the stamps I seem to come across are anti-canon it seems :<

Hence the reason I made the stamp. I fear the day one of my works becomes subject to fangirlism.

Me: I know what you mean. I'm just lucky that I'm not 'opular' enough to have fangirls take notice of my work and suddenly start declaring that my OTP (which is CANON) is stupid and wrong and etc. etc. etc. XP I don't go around bashing their shippings, no matter how retarded I find it. I just avoid it like the plague XDDDD Still, thank you for making the stamp.

Awesome stamp and just what I was looking for.
I agree. I'm a high supporter of canon couples--meaning couples that are together in the canon storyline. I hate it when fans start switching characters around and pairing them up with characters that doesn't even go by the canon storyline at all. To me, if you're a fan of something you should support and love the canon story, not try to rewrite it and the characters the way you think it should be. I guess that's why I was looking for a stamp like this. I'm pretty much fed up with and sick of seeing all of the weird non-canon pairings that are taking over. If fans want to do it for fun, then I wish they'd keep it to themselves and stop pushing it like it's canon.

I agree!
Noncanon is inherently inferior to canon. If you like noncanon, great- just don't try to make us like it.

I don't have so much of an issue with it when it's done for satirical purposes, but it does seem disrespectful to the writer and artist to basically say 'hay! ur stuff wood b betr if they wer 2ghter kthxbai!'
I'm glad you managed to find the stamp you wanted. I had a feeling this one wasn't going to just fly up all over peoples profiles like some of my others.

Nice stamp. The only problem with it is that fans would start arguing what qualifies as "canon." I hear where you're coming from, though. Some pairings are just so outlandish, you can tell that they were made just to get two hot characters together (CloudXSephiroth, anyone?).

I'm a little bit strict I suppose. To me it isn't canon unless they're romantically together in the canon storyline. But yeah, I'm just a little miffed at pairings that could never actually work on a healthy emotional level.
