Description This is a sound set for windows using the voices of the turrets from Portal. Just click the download link and unrar.

Portal is copyright Valve.

This sound set does not like windows Vista. The only thing I can possibly think of for a reason is that they're recorded in 32-bit mono and standard Vista sounds are recorded in 16-bit stereo. If you have Vista you'll need to either convert the wav to another acceptable format or you can download 7-Zip and extract the wav to whatever file you need.

I copied the soundfiles from the actual game and replaced the system sounds, now my computer sounds exactly like a turret.

I just compared yours to mine. The quality of my files is just slightly better. Barely noticable... if you're not a sound technician...
