Description
My version of the Rheinmetall MG3 of the german Bundeswehr. I changed some parts like trigger and grip, the sights and the bipod. It's a older Version of the weapon redesigned. I like it even though it has much less details than the earlier one. AND yes, the MG3 looks and works lots like the legendary german MG42.Related content

The rest of the design looks great, but with a gun that can blow your arm off in .5 seconds, I would authorize an MG3B with a trigger guard.

Actually, the MG 3 is the MG 42. Several nations continued to use the MG 42, and it was modernized. I think it fires 7.62x51mm NATO.
