I saw this picture and before I even read the title I thought "That looks just like Rose from Dr Who! No, it couldn't be...." and it was! I love this and it looks just like her.
Just a comment, the hair could use a little more shading, to match the beautiful level of shading of the rest of the face... It just doesn't look as real as the rest of the picture.
