Do you have extra bones or joints? Is everything rigged properly?

I'm not really sure. I'm using a Lat model base, and it seems like there's an extra set of leg bones. But I don't know if they're supposed to be there or not.

if there are more bones than there are supposed to be, the rigging can get all wonky. Try deleting the extra bones.

yes. I think it was just the model, cause it had a center bone, and it even has a groove bone, but for some reason it wont add the mother bone?! ([link] this is the base i'm using)
