Here is an fan-art of the Decepticon Aerial Warrior Slugslinger (who has the function of Air Defense) from the fourth and final season of The Transformers. He was voiced by the one and only Peter Cullen (who of course, while best known for voicing the heroic Autobot Commander Optimus Prime, also did the voices of Ironhide, Streetwise, Nightstick and Wingspan, along with also voicing incidental characters like Joe, Giant Autobot, Frankenstien's monster, Optimus Prime clone and It).

Little is known about how he joined the conflict, but Slugslinger serves the Decepticon army with pure loyalty, so if you ask him to describe himself, he'll tell you all about how he'll never turn down a chance to duel anyone, because he knows he'll always win, as long as Caliburst (Slugslinger's Nebulan partner) still has some ammo left.

While it is likely that his distinctive colour scheme from "The Rebirth" three-parter is the result of that three-parter's degraded master, it's still a neat colour scheme for him.
