Now back to the What-if idea about a pre-2008 BBC Alba.In 1980, BBC Alba finally updated it's (English-language exclusive programmes) globe ident to match that of the 1974 BBC1 ident, but it didn't last long as BBC Alba changed up it's globe ident again in 1981. It was used side by side with the (Gaelic-language exclusive programmes) Scottish flag ident during this time period.
