Build by TransGalMeg Industries, Incorporated and the Techno Union, who also had build the Bulwak Mark I - III battleships and Bulwark cruisers during the Clone Wars, as well as the later more massive Bulwark Mark IV-VI and the Commerce Guild, who had build the Diamond-Class Cruisers, the Labrys-Class or Starwing class, because it looked like a double-bladed vibro-axe, or the wings of a bird, had been build out of the remnants of Republic and Imperial Star Liberators and Star Destroyers, who had fallen into separatist hands. Not wishing to wast these successors, the Worgen, an Anthropomorphic Canine Race called Worgens, who all were force sensitive and whose Females can breathe fire, generally made CIS versions of ship models that had not joined the CIS, but were capture Republic originals to reuse them. Alongside this, they also created a series of Uglies, not just fighters and bombers, but whole starships made up of different parts and pieces. Known as the Starhawk in other dimensions and realities of the Star Wars Galaxy, the ship was buils as a blockade breaker, as well as in the role of droid support and flagship, before th droid rebellion and uprising had began to deal with Imperial remnants and remaining Republic Core and Colony territories forces alike. The first ship of this class would be the Credits, in reference to it’s immense cost of up to 60,000,000 credits, while it also nearly was twice as high and wide as a regular Imperial Star Destroyer. Commanded by Troig Admiral General Gadrovin and important during the Liberation of Tyferria (or at least some of it’s Bacta producing equipment) and in other skirmishes with the Imperial Remnant, the ship had a length of about 2,200 to 2,4000 meter, a height/ dept of about 800 – 1,000 meters a primary Hyperdrive of Class 1.5 and a backup Hyperdrive of Class 5, fueled by energy generatord powered by fuel cells and batteries first tested in the Manga Guards, but on a much, much larger scale. Defended by deflector shields, it had a long-range sensor system and navigation computer, but the original plan to later add a droid brain was scratched after the droid rebellion and uprising.

Armed with ten Octuple turbolaser batteries, 24 Forward-mounted heavy turbolaser batteries, forty Battleship ion cannon turrets, four forward-mounted battleship ion cannon batteries, thirty-two hull-mounted concussion missile launchers, thirty-six point-defense heavy laser cannons, six Magnite Crystal Tractor Beam Arrays and four Ion torpedo tubes, it also could host 60 droid or organic fighters wings, 12 droid or organic bomber wings, as well as numerous shuttles, landing craft, utility vehicles in it’s hangar and docking bay alongside special escape craft and escape pods. Enough to ensure the safe escaping of all 24,000 officers and enlisted crewman, as well as potential passengers, like up to 18,000 organic forces or as originally planned, up to 180,000 deactivated battle droids, but that idea was ended after the droid uprising and rebellion. This massive organic crew could be supplied for long-term missions that would last up to two years. It was the first Confederate Navy ship capable of operating so long autonomously, clearly build with the plan and extent to not only battle the enemies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, but also to increase the CIS capability to head out into the Unknown Regions and search for new member worlds and profit possibilities among the species there. Part of it also was to deny the Galactic Republic, or the Imperial Remnant the same chances, so they would no longer grow in strength and be fully surrounded and at the mercy of Dooku with his allies and forces. It was also because of a conversation Dooku had once had with Darth Sidious over the future and their plans for the Galaxy, with the Sith stating that the Clone Wars were necessary to prepare the galaxy for an invasion of Far Outsiders from other places outside the galaxy. Apparently they already had scouted this galaxy and a more authoritarian, centralized, militarized and war capable galaxy would stand a better chance in dealing with their incoming invasions and ambitions, then the old, slow, weakened and bureaucratic Republic would have ever been. While the Outbound Flight Project of the Galactic Republic had once been targeted to search for life and species, maybe even hostile beings in the Unknown Regions and the Outer Rim, before heading out to the vastness between the Galaxies, Count Dooku had truly increased the project after his betrayal of Darth Sidious during the Battle of Coruscant. Projects like the Starwing therefore had the purpose to support this by now biological and cybernetic lead exploration missions, after contact to their automatized, droid lead ones had gone missing during the droid rebellion and uprising.
