Ok, here it be. My mane and tail tutorial.. Well it just deals with the mane but its the same steps I take for the tail. This is for more realistic look, though I try to use it with my VHR horses that is more of a cartoony coloring.. Sort of..

Anyways, let me know if its confusing, helping, a piece of junk. Or if I need to redo the hole thing..

I used photoshop elements 2.0, I do believe you can use any art program as long as you have the understand/knowledge to use one. This is tutorial is not for anyone that doesn't have any understand of an art program.
