A tutorial 8D I listened to the commenters in my last poll thingy and went with a pose tutorial first. Hopefully someone finds this helpful!

By the way getting hit in the abdomen is less exagerated, you just bend forward a little while saying "hnnng YA!" because you just got hit in the abs a took it like a man
