Description Here it is... As I said...
I made a tutorial how I did that light sparkle everyone liked so much! ( original image [link] )
I hope this will help you in your progres.
I want to apologise for taking me so long and for my bad english...( my Grammar and spelling suck)
In this tutorial I was working with a new light sparkle...but proces is the same!
I didn`t made it to look pretty...I was thinking of making it more simple than pretty...

Ugh I can't believe I haven't left a comment yet. D: This has been in my bookmarks forever... OTL
This is probably the best sparkle effect I've ever seen. I really like how well put together it is. I referenced this so often when I was using PS for the first time.. I'm so addicted to the radical blur filter now because of this. xD
