Here it is... As I said...I made a tutorial how I did that light sparkle everyone liked so much! ( original image [link] )
I hope this will help you in your progres.
I want to apologise for taking me so long and for my bad english...( my Grammar and spelling suck)
In this tutorial I was working with a new light sparkle...but proces is the same!
I didn`t made it to look pretty...I was thinking of making it more simple than pretty...

Nah it is pretty good. All you have to do if you are confused is to put it through Microsoft Word. Also well, my god that is pretty simple. I mean you simplified your technique to the point where my five year old cousin can read it and do it. That is awsome. Hmmm shoot if there are other things you know you should really make tuts for them too.

I don't do it in word...it takes time...I rather live with mistakes!
I agree this one is very easy to understand...but making a tutorial is pretty hard...
It takes planing... You must know how to make it understandable...
I doubt other things I do would be so easy to explain

^^ Wonderful tutorial. It's very easy to understand. I just made myself a pretty sparklie and stuck it in the middle of a galaxy I made. XD It doesn't look that great, but I'm proud of myself. lol. That little leaf tool just seems to be getting more and more useful. . .Thanks for making this tutorial!

Yeah. I'd be so lost if it wasn't for tutorials. X3 But, I want to memorize as many as I can too, so that I can use the techniques wherever I go, without needing to look at a tutorial. Some things I can't do on PS in my Computer Art class because I don't have a tutorial to look at. ;_; But, if I use a technique a lot, I'm sure to be able to memorize it and change it to fit my own style.
