Description
First Tut ever! Woo-Hoo!I finally managed to get some time to do something.
The Tut may seem long, but it usually takes me like 5 to 10 minuets to do a fairy.
I just find it hard to explain stuff. So I hope I’ve explained it well enough, but if anyone has any questions feel free to ask.
(Messing with settings is good

I couldn't get it to work. Could be my version of Photoshop (CS3) but seeing as this tutorial runs all the way back to 2006, I would think that photoshop would still be able to handle this. Is there a way to do it in Photoshop CS3?
The problem is making the brush for the Fairy Dust trail. Simply enabling scattering doesn't make it look like your example photo. There's actually far less dots.

Mmm, I guess Photoshop will obviously change they're look/settings over the years as they upgrade.
All I can say is just mess with the settings a bit.
Like the Brush Presets -> Brush tip shape -> Spacing or the Scattering -> Scatter and Count

Ohey~ I used it for this . xD It didn't turn out well at first but that was only because I was too lazy to to the "scraggel" part the first time. ouo /stupid I'm still too lazy to do part three lmao
Maybe next time. 8'D I'll have to do another commission with sparkles anyways.
