A Flash CS3 Dress up tutorial for those who asked me how I make my games :3Take in mind you need to have at least a minimum knowledge of Flash to understand this...
If you have any questions feel free to ask but I won't answer anything already on the FAQ section!
EDIT 12/22: Fixed a few typos and added a proleader :3
Super special thanks to She taught me a lot of these codes and if it wasn't for her I would still be lost using Flash.

Can I only make a dress up game using Actionscript 2.0?
Because I have the new Adobe CC version...
And it doesn't seems it supports Actionscript 2.0, only 3.0

you can make a dress up with AS3, or any other actionscript you have, you just have to find another source of tutorial.
AS2 is a bit outdated, and i fear it will be gone soon ;n;

So im using a line of code:

to draw the graphics, yes.
but to make the game? no. DAmuro does not make flash games.

Then you use alternative programs like GameMaker and Construct_2.
None is a "magic tool" and they require some knowledge about how all this works, but at least pepole who don't know coding language can create things if they know how to draw, as long as they understand coding logic.
For such basic things as dressup the free versions are way enough, however since you don't make a native flash game out of such programs, you can't publish it on this website. Newgrounds is compatible with HTML5 games from construct, so if really you want to publish anything I guess there (or in your personal blog if you have one) would be your first attempt. You still can post artwork of the game in DA to advertise it with a link to where pepole can play it...

When I want to test the movie (to test the item) i get: "syntax error, origin: on (press) {"

actually, its AS2, just open up your properties panel, make sure your not selecting anything, and it should show what Actionscript your using, it has to be Actionscript: 2 if its not Actionscript 2, open up publish settings (File>Publish Settings...) Or press (Ctrl+Shift+F12)
Go into the tab called, 'Flash' something there should say, 'Actionscript version' there, you can change your actionscript version to AS2/Actionscript 2.
