A Flash CS3 Dress up tutorial for those who asked me how I make my games :3Take in mind you need to have at least a minimum knowledge of Flash to understand this...
If you have any questions feel free to ask but I won't answer anything already on the FAQ section!
EDIT 12/22: Fixed a few typos and added a proleader :3
Super special thanks to She taught me a lot of these codes and if it wasn't for her I would still be lost using Flash.

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental

where can i download ActionScript? Or does this tutorial work for Adobe Scout CC? Because that's what I use.

I had problems with the drag and drop. I see alot of ppl here did as well. So you right click your object (in my case, a white shirt) and convert it to a symbol. save it as a movie clip and name it (mine was named "whiteshirt").
Then when you click on the object,and in the properties panel where it says "
Then press F9 to open the Actions panel. Copy and paste this code:

evt.currentTarget.startDrag();
stage.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, dropSmallSquare);
}
stopDrag();
stage.removeEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, dropSmallSquare);

Wherever it says "smallSquareName" or just "SmallSquare" type in the name you gave your object ( for me, this was yet again "whiteshirt". make sure your names are consistent!!!)
Now if you click Ctrl+Enter, it should work, it worked for me! I literally spent the whole day trying to figure out this drag and drop thing, so now I can sleep peacefully X3 I really hope this works for you guys!!! I know how frustrating it can be

I need help. You said "Create the button and convert it into a movie clip" if we create a button, shouldn't we convert it into a button, not a movie clip? (Sorry for the bother, just confused)
