Shinji as a horse (honestly, this was mostly because of his smile, his very specific hair, and his long funny legs, he’s so adorable to me. Horses are one of the only animals that have these specific features and enjoy getting high, which I thought matched the disorienting abilities of his Zanpakuto also), Hachigen as an orangutan (they’re large, kind, caring of one another, protective, and form close family bonds. They have cute facial hair that reminded me a lot of his mustache, and I think he’s one of the sweetest characters in Bleach, he really deserved a sweet animal), and Lisa as a short head garter snake (beautiful, elegant, sleek, easygoing, and most of all, they tend to form close same-sex bonds with other garter snakes, both as found family and as mates). All of these animals adopt other members of their species and care for them in some way, which adds to the Vizored’s family dynamic.
