Description
Coca Cola Cooler - FinalWell, I tried for as much realism as possible on this one, the can is UV mapped - I made the texture in GIMP (ie it is not a scan of a can.)
Made with Blender - YafRay Render - GIMP Textures
Coca Cola Logo - Trade mark Coca Cola Company (Coca Cola Bottling Company)
Enjoy!

It is - but as there are over 300 individual cubes the opacity 'through' them is reduced and what is behind them is white.

Awesome!!
Was making the Coke can texture difficult? I've seen a reference to that on the Friendly Skies (Art Of Illusion) forum.

Well, not in that I have the script for the logo - only thing that makes it hard - is that the can UV Map is in 5 parts and the parts are not all the same orientation - parts are upside down - (actually every other part is upside down) - so making sure to do thing the right way is the only issue (the back of the can in the texture is upside right - one logo is upside down the other logo is upside right and the swoops are the same as the logo part.

Ahh I never heard of the program, blender. I take it it's like maya? Great work though, especially with the uving and textures on the cans.

Cool! I've been learning to use Blender myself, but haven't done anything submittable yet. Good job!

Thanks for the -- I'm really glad you like it (the can texture was very difficult due to 1/2 the can upside right and 1/2 the can upside down (but cut in quarters - up/dwn/up/dwn layout with the bottom above all of that... ) but I managed - Also added that 'nutrition info area (although it doesn't show in the renders)

lol - I'll have to move a single can to another layer and add some lighting and such and render it from a 'can side' view so that can be seen (as I took some time on it I may as well show it off )
