Description
My first serious attempt on Realflow. It took almost two days to calculate the particles.
Generating mesh: about one day.
Tweaking animation and rendering (original:640x480): Almost 4 days.
That's almost a whole week!!
My machine was glowing in the dark after that...

But doesn't it look cool?
rendered with Cinema4D.

"Only"? I usually need one to three hours for things with a length and size like that. But itΒ΄s an exception

It's quite a challenge to get dynamics to do what you want, so you definitely get some major kudos from me. I think you did well but was wondering how you felt about the result. It certainly looks cool, but it feels like a bubble made out of paint. Also, nice reflections, it looks good even without an environment

I wanted it to draw those jelly like "strings". I knew from the start that my performance and system memory were too low for simulating "real" water. It would have needed much more particles.

Either way, great work on the sim. I know how taxing those things are on systems

Bubble ballistics! So awesome. When I first saw that I thought it was actually slow-motion capture of somebody shooting a soap bubble.

At first, I thought it was a depiction of an asteroid hitting a planet. The way everything flows is fantastic!!

I would definitely solve that task similarily. But it would take much more work for the textures than just creating transparency.
