Description
I saw this handsome guy at a wildlife park in central Malawi. This zebra was very near our car and posed beautfully for me (except he wouldn’t move out of the shade!). Although I’ve seen zebras a lot in zoos, I don’t think I ever really appreciated them until I saw them in the wild in Africa—they are striking creatures, and so photogenic! More than with any other animal, my zebra shots turned out pretty well. I also loved watching their behavior in the wild—much more interesting than when I see them in zoos. Zebras weren’t necessarily a favorite animal of mine going into this trip, but they sure make the list now!
