I tried to render a bird of fire with the flames obeying my will, but I am still learning the tricks of Apophysis 2.07 beta and Photoshop CS3. I love crimson to death-- it is my absolutely favorite color ever. I thought I liked green and blue at one point but I have a special place in my heart for this shade.Featured here: [link] .

I'm afraid I didn't see Phoenix, I did however, see a glimpse of Batman Beyond which has a special place of my heart as the dark defender which is somewhat like the bird of fire--majestic and burning

LoL I guess the head and neck of the phoenix I made aren't very visible but they're there. And I guess I understand what you mean when you talked about the image from Batman Beyond. I'm a fan of that too!
