Description
This twisted, spiraling snowflake was purely Apophysis 2.07 beta and my imagination going wild with the rendering. I really do love blue-- its shades are just so cold and icy that it appeals to my frozen soul so very much. LoL, so emo... but I love winter.Featured here: [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] , [link] .

I'm not one for fractal art, but this is beautiful. I'd love to see a large desktop covered in this pattern. I also love the lighting effect. The shade of blue in the light is beautiful!

Thank you so much!! It's through a fractal making program called Apophysis that allows you to mess with options until you render a design to your liking. You should give it a try. It's really fun!

simonsaz3 In reply to LisaValo [2008-01-24 21:28:12 +0000 UTC]
Hehe well, for starters, fractals are made from a program that renders designs. I use Apophysis (which can be downloaded here: [link] ). All that's left after that is to mess around with the options and voila! You're a fractal artist!
