Ysgramor himself wouldn't have the patience to deal with all the rabble around here. Aela... is not Ysgramor.A while back, dared me to make a comic featuring Ducks and Co. Mounts and Followers by gg77 . And, well, never let it be said I don't love a good writing prompt, so here we are. The mounts don't come quite that big in the mod, but I figured it was funnier this way.
While Shelob's still out dealing with high-energy Khajiit and Madgod-assisted weresharknados , I figured now was as good a time as any to check in with the Companions back home. Carcette's been part of the Circle for a little while now , and for the most part it looks like she's adjusting. Vilkas is back to subbing for Shelob in the big boy chair despite his previous track record; Carcette's too new, Farkas is too... Farkas, and Aela doesn't particularly mind as long as Vilkas knows to leave her well enough alone. Other than that, pretty much just business as usual in the Troubleverse.
I've been about useless this week, so hopefully this'll hold you guys over for a little while until I can get back to your regularly scheduled Running the Asylum story arc.

Also, Carcette is so freaking rude. She seriously needs to swallow a big piece of humble pie. Guess that whole "try to be a better person" thing isn't really a priority anymore.

She may be fighting for the good guys now, but at the end of the day she's still her, and some old habits die hard. The li'l superiority complex she's got going on just switched channels from "holier-than-thou" to "could-still-probably-kick-thou's-butt-in-a-fight." But hey, she was showing concern for the whelps' well-being in her own backhanded way, so I'd say that counts for a little something.
Plus I think working in proximity with Salt Master General Vilkas might bring out the worst in her sometimes.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I love it. It's perfect! The fighting, Carcette, Farkas winning with the Power of Friendship (or bread, but let's go with friendship), it's just so lovely.
...Though as someone with some ducks, I advise you to get that out of the mead hall before it either finds some water to spit on itself or eliminates. Tilma will not thank you for that.
