Parker Prophet — Contract Rider Java. A Rider enthusiast with a keen engineering mind, Parker combined their twin passions for coffee and Contract Riders to create their own belt, the Artisanal Driver, with the help of their aunt Barb (a former Rider system technician) and input from their friends in CRChat. Morgan Rhys — Contract Rider Draig. Brash, loud and unapologetic, Morgan's sharp sense of humor means they're always the centre of attention — both in CRChat and offline. Morgan's admiration for their local heroes Dolmen and Rhombopteryx led them to follow in their footsteps, enrolling with the Gaibhne Rider Stable. For more on Draig, see here .

Hyp Nixon — Contract Rider Midnight. Notorious for falling asleep at inopportune moments, Hyp is quiet and introverted, unlike his rowdy compatriots. It's often unclear whether he's actually sleeping, or just pretending to be so that people will leave him alone — particularly given his evasiveness on the subject of where he obtained his Rider belt.
Midnight uses a unique Mahourider system of unknown provenance, keyed off his sleep cycle; in his initial Half Moon form, his movements are sluggish and slow, but when he enters REM sleep he can enter Full Moon form, allowing him to move with surprising speed and evasiveness despite still apparently being unconscious.

Alira Rosewater — Contract Rider Ruby. Even-tempered, dry-witted and meticulous, Alira pursued her Contract Rider career by writing to Elysian corporations by making the case for them having a Rider representative, and that she should be that representative. Eventually, this paid off when Antethe Textiles agreed to sponsor her, providing Rider gear and training. Alira is particularly close to Ihkam, Contract Rider Python, despite their very different personalities.
While Ruby's Rider belt isn't as cutting-edge as other Mahourider systems, such as Papillon's Crystalis Driver and Luxe's Raiment Driver, it's still a high-level belt designed around projecting hard-light barriers. Ruby's fighting style is defensive and precise, using crystalline energy shields to hold off Geisters before boxing them in to finish them off.

Ihkam Bintang — Contract Rider Python. Where Alira is cool and collected, Ihkam burns with passion at all times. They spend almost all of their free time engaged in martial arts training and experimentation, seeking perfection through action; similarly, in social situations they follow their heart and speak their mind, which has got them in trouble more than once.
Python is a Biorider — the Rider variant most capable of organically growing in power with training and time — using a mass-produced Gene Driver with a vial of serpentine DNA. Their fighting style is based on an adaptation of pencak silat, modified to be better-suited to fighting the animalistic Geisters that Contract Riders are tasked with dealing with; they strike fast and hard with a hail of blows, before focusing their energy for a finisher like their Heavenly Bullet Kick.
