Description
This was intended for Paperbuff's Birthday earlier this year, but things didn't exactly pan out the way we intended. She would have loved this model so much - it was her favorite PokΓ©mon - and it's near perfect, thanks to PMF.I know that we have already done this model before, but she was never entirely satisfied with it's pose or it's finished result. So in her memory. we've finally made things right.

Hello, i would like some instructions for this model, im having lots of trouble building it and accidentally glued some pieces where they dont belong i love lapras alot and am eager to build this!! ^_^

If you are using a PC, I recommend you download and install the Pepakura Reader program. With it, you will be able to use the .PDO file as a 3D template and it will show you what tabs attach to which part. If you are using a Mac, the only way to see the .PDO instructions is to use a Bootcamp style partition with Windows loaded.Β

your models are AMAZING!!! i would absolutley love it if you could make a model of raikou. i would love you in an unakward way if you did. raikou is my all time favorite pokemon and he is like the one pokemon i am willing to actually train to lv 100. im really sorry about what happend to paperbuff... may she rest in peace and hope she had a happy life... shes in a better place now...

Hmmmm ... easy-medium, perhaps? It's not so much difficult, as opposed to fiddly in certain spots, like the fins.

I didn't know Paperbuff, but Lapras will always be her's, and she definitely would love this one!

I tried making the plushie lapras before... It was my very first one. But then I messed up on something. I'm glad you're doing a redo on the lapras because I too wasn't very satisfied with its pose.
And I remember reading about paperbuff's passing... it was very sad even though I didn't know her at all! I'm sure you all were affected in some way from her friendship. She'll live on with this Lapras ^^

Well, it could possibly be sooner than that, maybe.
You could possibly make this into a plushie if the folds were going the opposite direction to this - Papercraft is always better in rings, but Plushies are always better in strips.
