A long overdue piece of my most recently published short story Bleed Over, published in Crash Code, a sci fi horror anthology from Blood Bound Books!

Bleed Over takes place in the distant future, where virtual reality gaming has become so advanced you can literally plug the games right into your head and play. Natsumi and her gaming buddies discover a new game that promises a truly unique experience — one that will follow you into the real world even when you’re not playing. But all games have bugs, and some are worse than others. When the horrifying effects of the game grow out of control, Natsumi and her friends discover that they can’t delete the game from their heads — and they can’t turn it off.
