Honestly the quality of this Brandbright kit is so excellent it's hard to go wrong and I'd recommend it if you ever get into 16mm scale. They are somewhat pricy compared to the I P Engineering version unfortunately, especially considering the lack of wheels and buffers but I'll be aiming to get say three more at a certain exhibition next year to provide a nice TV rake

Sort of. There's conjecture whether the SR actually had a Lancaster like the TR did and i've decided for them to have all Brown Marshall & Co stock but the MSR in my head canon bought a few in its pre-bogie era, basically it's a TV tribute fudge but one that works in terms of the RWS timeline and expect to see a few more next year

Lol, you can see why certain rolling stock in the show didn't get faces! I don't plan to anthropomorphise my narrow gauge stuff for the most part but it might be fun to make some of the S4 add ons with little more than a bit of plastic card......while pricey gotta say this is one of the best kits i've ever come across, really hope Brandbright tool the Talyllyn's other vintage stock
