/ Thanks to ~martin10018 now with a basic.theme file

The package includes two Visual Styles for Windows 7
and custom images to change the explorerframe.dll
Basic Support is enabled. Now with a custom basic.theme file.

my frames aren't black, just the basic color. how to change it?

what do i need to do? i placed it on resources, tweaked the buttons. nothing changes when i apply the theme.

Make sure you place the folder containing the .msstyles-files and the .theme-files in your themes directory. Take a lok at the default aero style and see how the setup is

This is absolutely the best visual style for windows 7 I have seen. Really great job on this one.
Good choice of colors too, reminds of Luna Element v5.1 Black by Gelosea which was my favorite VS from good old Windows XP days.

Great theme , i've been waiting for it . Only thing that i would prefer , is the taskbar to be blacker , and maybe glossier . Now it's more of a gray taskbar (basic version) , but other than it is very elegant and professional theme

Yes, i made it a bit lighter in the end, it's a soft gradient from the middle to the edges, i'll think about adding a darker one...

One of the best styles in a while. Only one problem. It doesnt work with left/right taskbar at all, you get a giant clear spot where the taskbar should be. Would love for that to work.

Dude, this is really great! there are many nice VS out there, but just a few really usable. This is one of those fews.
One only thing IMHO doesn't fit the quality of the VS is the progress bar in the taskbar, I mean the green bar and the borders are so-so. But that's just that.
