Windows8 default logon for Windows7!!Caution!!
This only works with Windows7 SP1 32bit and 64 bit
DON'T try it on another version
Correct size of userpicture, passwordfield and buttons.
Make a backup of your files before.
Learn how to remove the original language button in the left upper corner( if there is one) herewindows7forums.com/tweaks-guid… Thanks to for the hint.
Be careful what you are doing. I'm not responsible for any damage of your system. Don't try it if you are not an experienced user and if you have no installation disc to repair your system if somethings going wrong.
Use the background changer of your choice to change the background.

Really great! Logon-screen provided in Windows-8-8-1-Theme-for-Windows-7 (by mare-m) cannot display Chinese well. For example, "Please press ctrl+alt+delete to login", in chinese, it is "按 ctrl+alt+delete 登陆", but in mare-m's logon-screen, it is "口口 ctrl+alt+delete 口口"......However, in your work, it works fine. By the way, could you make more with various choice of colors?

Peter you are not right. The color has nothing with the logon screen. I'm talking about the entire logon screen. I'll probably do it a different colors like I did with the theme. What I copied it from you? Tell me please but be specific. You're really starting to irritate me.

I promised Peter that I will not continue the discussion but I had to answer to this to avoid any confusion. We used totally different resources, files, fonts...everything. We only use same tool for creating logon screen (logon workshop). Try his logon screen and my logon screen. I think you'll notice a big difference. I really respect Peter and his work, and I would never used his or any other hard work as my.
