Description
Continues from [link]So here it is.
The least anticipated of all my techs. The Fur tutorial.
Ok, yes, it really is that crude.
har har.
Still not convinced that it's just a furry ball?
Well, perhaps the timeline of how I made that picture of Sol [link] may convince you......

Thanks. glad to know it can help someone
I should someday release an updated tutorial, though the fur tech I use didn't really change since.

grass and hair

Well, I use a slightly different tech for hair. But it uses the same tool, just for hair you need to stroke in the direction of the hair rather than away from a single point.
SImple but it works.

Hmmm, maybe I could borrow the furball, and make it a slimy furball?
This could be a meme, take the ball and add an effect!
(Ok, I really need to get to work now! )

Well the tech itself is very solid. I did not realize that it was that simple. This is something I had been doing, minus the two stage shading. It is still a very good reference though.

Yes... my techniques are always ludicrously crude and simple. cause well.. I don't like to overcomplicate things.
