can it be made compatible with urlbarext 1.6.1?
The star is still on the right along with the rss button and the buttons added by the urlbarext addon.

Instead of making this an extension, shouldn't there be a simple Stylish/Greasemonkey script for this?

You can't move elements this way using CSS, and greasemonkey is only for webpages.

Also, this doesn't play nicely with Locationbar2. It moves the star back to the right.

I noticed that. Locationbar2 heavily modifies the structure of the urlbar so some elements might not be in the same location. I'll see what I can do.

When you go into the customize window, the star moves back to the right and stays there. You have to restart FF to move it back to the left.

Nice. There's also a slight delay before the button becomes depressed in the active state.

Yea, I don't think there is much I can do about that If I find a solution I'll be sure to update it again.

No worries. It'll serve its purpose till FF implements the new visuals.

Try some of my userstyles which you can find here.

"darker inactive tab" is the one I have shown in the screenshot. If you don't like them being dark I could come up with something for you.
