I decided to read Bluestar's prophecy again, cause why not?I used this scene where Tigerkit and the other kits were playing near the medicine den and Goosefeather freaks out.Β
I feel bad for Goosefeather, I dont think he was crazy. He was just burdened with the knowledge that this tiny kit would one day try to destroy his clan and no one believed him. It's kinda sad really.

Honest to StarClan, it was basically Mapleshade to influenced most of Tigerstar's actions! just like she did with Crookedstar! 'Tigerstar's Fury' has Mapleshade written all over it! and basically the same way she did with Crookedstar, Tigerstar always held a sort of grudge against his father 'Pinestar' for turning into a kittypet and he wanted to break away from the ideal gossip of him leading in his fathers pawsteps along with Thistleclaw's influence as a mentor and...ya! basically Tigerstar had a lot of negative in his life...so really, Tigerstar is misguided!

OH STARCLAN I JUST READ GOOSEFEATHER'S SUPER EDITION AND IT ALL MAKES SENSE!
HE KNEW TIGERKIT/TIGERPAW/TIGERCLAW/TIGERSTAR WOULD BE EVIL.
HE KNEW THAT BLUEKIT/ BLUEPAW/ BLUEFUR/ BLUESTAR WOLD BE LEADER.
HE KNEW EVERYTHING!

He'd freak out whenever Tigerkit was around. But, it made sense... If i knew what he'd do in the future, i'd be scared.Β

Same! I love Bluestar, but she was kind of rude to Goosefeather, even though he knew what Tigerstar/kit was going to do. If she would have known this, she would stop thinking awful thoughts about him. I love Goosefeather because he may have seemed crazy, but he was really the wisest of all.

I think because everyone thought he was crazy. Goosefeather was probably haunted by what he saw, and his reactions didn't make him come off as the most sane. He probably knew no one would believe him

I agree with your opinion of Goosefeather ( I think he was just worried and it made his mind clouded during the last scenes in Bluestar's Prophecy )
And if you read Goosefeather's Curse, you also know other stuff may have been messing with him too .3.

I actually don't recall reading Goosefeather's Curse, I may need to check that out from the library when I get the chance. I'm actually trying to go an reread all the books. I haven't really read them in a year or so, so I forget a lot of characters or small details lol
