Daz 4.9 with iRay, about 25 minutes render and a half-hour's post for levels, background and hair fill.

Awesome work! Where does one get an Ellie model for Daz, and how did you achieve the awesome latex bodysuit effect?

Thank you! I got the Ellie from a site called FoRender. The model is actually for Poser and will need a little bit of re-shadering to look normal in Daz. So I'm just using the Ellie model's head, it's parented to a Genesis 3 body.

Thanks! Do you know of any sites where you can purchase characters for Daz? I mean like characters of known people, actresses, etc.? Forender seems to be 99% all about Poser, and I only use Daz.

There's a bit around right now for Game of Thrones characters: see this Β from my friend Joe. There's an Arianna Grande lookalike at Daz too. I'm certain there are others, but it's an area fraught with legal difficulties. Many of the old V4 lookalikes have been removed from Daz and Renderosity for these reasons. I expect a cease-and-desist letter from Naughty Dog any day now!
Bear in mind that a lot of the Poser stuff will work in Daz, but as I said, often requires a bit of custom work to get it looking right. I don't really recommend the Ellie model at all (it's not really even a Poser model, and it's tough to work with) but the Daz store product has at least been tested for quality.
