Very interesting especially given the interest usually paid to the French Navy, but the main armament bother me a bit, the 274/50 has not been found, the last barrel 274 dates the most out of 1893 and it is the 274 / 45. The caliber normally associate with the cruiser is 203/50, it is a choice or a slight took oblivion?

Interesting...although I think a main armament layout like that would've gone by the wayside long before a ship of those modern lines was designed.
