So in layman's terms he is a pacifist, and dislikes his nickname though his teammates find it funny

Brief History:
Gray had been always lonely boy and picked on due to his timid nature and lack of fathee to continue his training. His sympathy and support for Faunus Rights in Atlas only added to the fires. One particular day he was bullied more than normal, he wasn't too bothered. However what made him snap was seeing the arrogant children start to harass a tiger faunus girl. So he attacked them and saved hee, from then on he spent most of his time with Olive. Training, hanging out, and aspiring to become Huntsman and protect the world. While Olive became stronger and more prideful, Gray retained his pacifist nature, much to Olive's frustration and embarassment.

Ooooh! I like this RWBY OC Template, very useful for my RWBY OCs.
However, you forgot to add Family and Crush/Love Interest underneath Relationship With Others because despite the family being mentioned in the Brief History (For example: the profile of your RWBY OC Roy Ferraro), that and the crush's/love interest's/BF's/GF's name would've been shown so that everyone will know who is related to the OC and who the OC is crushing on/in love with/dating. You probably should do that.
I think I'm gonna add Family and Crush, or Love Interest, in my RWBY OCs' profiles since I will use this template, if it's okay with you that is. And of course, I'll be sure to credit you. Oh, and by the way, your RWBY OC is really cool. I even like his weapons and the details about him.

Clothing: Everyday- His everyday clothes are fairly simple, he wares a solid color button down shit, that he never fully buttons up, he also leaves the sleeves rolled up to just bellow his elbow. But underneath that he wares a similar color undershirt. For pants he wares a pair of jean pants. He normally wares a pair of covers shoes, pretty plain. He always has a pocket watch with him that he always keeps in his front right. He wares a bracelet on his left wrist with his emblem engraved into a small blue pendant. Lastly he wares a pare of black wire glasses all the time.
Battle- He wares light plate armor to maximize his maneuverability with out giving up to much deference. Besides your run of the mill pants and long sleeve shirt, (couldn't think of a type for ether) he wares a small single pauldron on his left shoulder, with his emblem engraved on it . Along with that he wares leather bracers on both of his arms. For he legs he wares a pare of metal greaves that extends over his knees. Working our way back up instead of a normal belt he wares 2 belts that form an x, starting at his waist line and dropping a quarter of the way down his thigh. On the opposite shoulder instead of having another pauldron, he has a scarf like cloth draped over and the perpus of this is purely aesthetic. for his hand he ware a pare of leather gloves. and combat boots for his feet.
Outfit Colors:
Everyday- his under shirt is a deep shade of purple and for his over shirt it is a similar shade but a few tones lighter. His pants are a navy blue. The pocket watch he carries is a polished silver with matching chain. and his shoes are a plain black and white.
Battle- All of the metal in the outfit has been stained a metallic dark blue, except for the part where the emblem is on the pauldron, the colors there match the colors in the drawing. his pants are a jet black while his shirt is a snow white. The two belts are a smoke grey with a navy blue edging. Lastly the scarf is a matching navy blue.
Physical Characteristics: He has very broad shoulders but not bulky. A majority of his muscle mass is in his legs, but that is not to say he doesn't have any muscle in his arms and chest. He has numerous amounts of scars the most permanent ones are, the scar that splits his right eyebrow horizontally,(he covers it with his hair) and the scar on his left wrist.
Accessories: Glasses, pocket watch, and bracelet
Personality: He tries to keep a positive out look on life and he loves to share is good mood with everyone he comes into contact with. If he sees some one he cares about, he will do his best to brighten their day. Because he believes that there is no point in staying up set for to long. Also in his eyes people are just easier to deal with when they are happy. Now that doesn't mean he doesn't get angry, because when he does the world knows.
When he gets mad he doesn't go around and break things, rather he shares the anger. If he is angry so is the rest of the room. He will make sure that everyone near him is have just as bad of a day as him. But normally he can get a hold of himself and be right back to his perky, joyful self.
The last thing that should be noted about his personality is how much of a flirt he is. Whether you are a guy or a girl, he will flirt with you, he loves to see people squirm. Now if people flirt back he loves that. Now this is all fun and games to him, when it comes to actually telling if someone is into him, he is the densest rock around.

Weapon Description:Weapon type
-Range: Sniper rifle revolver
-6 round clip
Appearance: It is a long rifle, ruffly 4ft long, the barrel taking up about a third of the total length. The firing mechanism takes comes next taking up about half of the total length. Last the stock of the rifle bringing up the last bit of the gun. The barrel has a spiral vine like engraving going down the entire length of it. That begins to glow depending on the color of dust currently being used. The normal color of the barrel is a steel grey almost black. Right at the midway point of the barrel the bi-pod is attached, the spiral engraving also appears here as well. there is a large hole that passes through the gun so that the cylinder can be removed and switched with ether, a new fully loaded cylinder or one that is the lower caliber. The spiral engraving on the barrel matches the one that is on firing mechanism. The color on the other hand doesn't, there then the actual engraving, this part is a cobalt blue and a light purple trim. Moving our way down the rifle we reach the stock, which is made out of a light metallic substance. There is an engraving of his emblem in the center of the stock on both sides. Other than the emblem area where the emblem is, the stock is the same color as the barrel and the trim is the same color purple as the center. The last thing is the scope, it has colors that match the rest of the gun with the same spiral pattern on it and for the reticle it uses a illuminated German #1 style
-Melee: Hellberd
The bi-pod rotates 90°, the is spread appart so that it is parallel to the barrel. The next step is to slide the bi-pod so that it locks into place .forming a triangle at the tip of the barrel. Then the bi-pod is going to unfold into the blade of the hellberd. Then after that the stock is removed and unfolds into a small buckler with his emblem on the front side. Leaving just enough of the frame of the stock to be use as a hilt and finger guard for the axe.

Light rounds (Low impact)
-Basic rounds
These are you average round, no special attributes simply meant to disable human targets.
-Yellow dust rounds
These are a nonlethal type of ammo. They are similar to the basic round but they pack a bigger punch. They work as a taser round
-White dust round
What this ammo type does is it creates a small bust of wind. It has enough pressure to knock you on your ass but not kill you.
-Red dust round
This round is the most dangerous round out of light impact arsenal. It creates a micro-explosion. But don't let the word micro fool you it can still kill
Heavy round
-Basic round
This round is used exclusively used to disable vehicles and larger grim.
-Dark blue dust round
The whole purpose of this round it to disable larger units by encasing parts of them in ice (the special thing about the ice is that it dosen't melt)
-White dust round
Explodes into a incredibly large spiral of wind. This has the capability to kill.
-Red dust round
This round creates a grandiose explosion, powerful enough to take out an entire building wall. Mostly use this on grim
-Cyan dust round
This is used in only special occasions because of what i can do. It take the next round fired, and multiplies it up to three times and fires the simultaneously. Or it supercharges the weapon so that the next bullet fired had three times the power.

Hidden eyes-(works better durring the night) able to send out 3 centuries that can ether search for a target up to 7000 ft, (1.33 mi, 2.13 km) or place them in different spots alerting him when anything of interest passes by. They have a sight range of 100 m (328 ft) and a hearing range of 30 m (98.42 ft). They appear as diamond shaped flames with a slight blue ember in the middle.
Deconstruct- . Allows him to see the "blueprint" of a target so he can locate the weak points. Only one target at a time and only last for a short time. The more complected the target the shorter the time(the range is from something as small as a watch to as big as a Goliath for examples) (can be used on living thing for a very small amount of time
