Here is an example of what I DO NOT WANT TO SEE.There are several things wrong with this profile Picture.
She's a hybrid... no hybrids in my contest. Looks like a cross between Blaze/Rouge/Amy/Sonia She has Blaze/Amy/Faith's hair style She also has Amy's boots The color of her fur is inconstant and unrealistic looking (colors don't blend nor make sense for a Mobian). Eyes are two different colors... Heterochromia iridium (two different-colored eyes within a single individual) and heterochromia iridis (a variety of color within a single iris) are relatively rare and result from increased or decreased pigmentation of the iris. If you don't know what that means then you shouldn't be using two different eye colors in the first place. She's 14 yet her boobs are the size of Texas... be some what reasonable with proportions Her outfit wouldn't work with riding... skirts don't make for Riders (nor do heels unless you know what you're doing) the information provided in her likes and dislikes contradict each other (her liking of fighting but hating it) Her personality is unstable and on the verge of multi-personality. Being overly loving/caring but hardcore with anger doesn't mix well. Her profile provides history which I don't want (the thing about being an orphan and Eggman raising her). She's wearing a Chaos Emerald around her neck... need I say more? Too much power for one character, makes her unrelatable and too powerful She can run faster than Sonic.... *peeved* Is in love with too many contradictory official characters... Her board is too powerful as well (I'm limiting the number of points that can be distributed to 14... making it 14/20)There's a lot of other things but I think you guys understand the gist of what I DON'T WANT TO SEE

LoL you just have to make sure that the idea is your own idea and that your basically not taking all the qualities of characters you like and sticking them together to make your "own character"

Hm, this is a weird contraption. Yeah, her boobs are waaaayyyy too big, like did she get implants? Um, chaos emerald? She hates fighting, but likes it, wow, messed up hybrid. Faster than the speed of light? If you are, you can turn back time. Actually, two eyes of different colors sometimes isn't a disease. In fact, *wipes nerd glasses*, people are naturally born with it. If two dominant colors of eyes come together, it can usually result to that. But, it's pretty weird.

Yes she is a weird contraption.
And I know people are born with it but I thought that was due to a mutation or disease. I honestly don't know the origins but I know it's not a "natural" occurrence and is kind of like having... a glass eye (which I think is cool). However, I was trying to point out that people do this and don't think about the origins behind it.

Can't i make a character that is powerful but also balance it out like; derp the dog has over a million power or some shit like that and is limitless, derp can destroy anything but she losses her power when she fights too much or what ever. she gains them back little by little and when she fights.When all her powers comes back it doesn't just hurt other but herself as well, if she uses it too much she'll lost all her powers again, she also has a weak pot or point. fights only sometimes dues to what her powers could do to her health.
So what do you think?

Here's my honest opinion.
That sounds great but it sounds like Shadow. Shadow has this overflowing power that is kept back with his rings, when he takes them off he looses control and ends up hurting himself and everything around him.
If Derp the dog is super strong and powerful, I would have to know why because normal Mobians aren't like that. Knuckles (and Mighty) are one of the most powerful Mobians, so you'd have to explain to me why Derp is more powerful than them in a logical view.
I mean, it could work but it would have to be thought out thoroughly.

It's not the "powers" I'm concerned about with characters.
I'm talking about personality and bio development. I'm not looking for "heroes" or powerful people to help Sonic save the day. I'm looking for average Mobians to join the Babylonian team in riding to the champion chip.

This is a fine example dear, but one thing.
In the description you say different eye colour as a disease, when heterochromia iridum is just a mutation. Nothing wring with some-one who has it.
