Hello again!Here is my latest piece.
I tried rings again and I'm quite happy the way this one turned out.
In my opinion, my best yet. I really like the planet. It took me ages but it got there.

Nice work! Β The only problem (and it's not really that big a problem) is that the edges of your continents, specifically those island continents, look a bit too straight to be realistic. Β They should be more uneven, like what you would see on a map of the Earth.

Dude, this is awesome, but your continents look a bit geometric. If you put some more detail into the shapes this would become a perfect piece.

Yeah, not my best planet, I have tried to improve.
For this one I used a technique involving nothing but Cloud layers (Rendered cloud in PS) to create the land. But I didn't like it, so I have stopped using it and have just stuck to making textures.

thats because you left too much space
crop it on that side and it will work fine
